1Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 18j platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. 18j reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time and to suspend your account if any information is found to be inaccurate or false.

• Minimum age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at 18j. We enforce strict age verification through our KYC process.
• One account per user: Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration — full name, identity card number, phone number, and bank details — must be accurate and truthful.
• Identity verification (KYC): 18j reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or for accounts that exceed certain transaction limits.
• Operating region: The 18j platform is intended for users in Malaysia. Users from regions with legal restrictions on online gaming are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.

2Deposits & Withdrawals

18j supports a variety of secure and convenient local payment methods. All financial transactions are processed through channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the safety of your funds.

Available payment methods include FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after the transaction is confirmed.

3Bonus & Promotion Terms

18j offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements: Each bonus has its own wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Generally, wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus validity period: Unused bonuses that are not activated within the stipulated period (typically 7 to 30 days) will expire and cannot be reactivated.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time. Activating a new bonus will cancel any existing bonus still in progress.

4Game Rules

All games on the 18j platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been audited and certified by an independent third-party body. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and fair to all players.

For live casino games with real dealers, gameplay is conducted live and streamed in real time. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the round has ended.

• Technical failure: In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during an active game, 18j will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the affected wagers will be credited back to your account balance.
• Final decision: All game outcomes recorded by the 18j server are final. Server records serve as the primary reference in any dispute.

5Account Conduct & Prohibitions

• Closure upon player request: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 18j support team. Prior to closure, any eligible account balance will be processed for withdrawal.
• Closure for responsible gaming: If you need a break from gaming, you may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through our responsible gaming tools. A self-exclusion period cannot be shortened once activated.
• Suspension for security reasons: Accounts suspected of unauthorised access will be suspended immediately until the owner's identity can be re-verified.

• Responsible gaming: Players are solely responsible for their decision to play and the amounts they wager. 18j is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling.

9Responsible Gaming
