Deposits via FPX, DuitNow, and Touch 'n Go eWallet are typically credited instantly within 1–5 minutes. Manual bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the bank's operating hours. 18j does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees subject to their respective terms of service. The amount you deposit is the full amount credited to your 18j account with no deductions on our end.

This situation is rare but can be caused by a temporary technical glitch. First step — wait up to 30 minutes as there is sometimes a processing delay. If still not credited, contact our live chat support and include: (1) Transaction amount, (2) Date and time, (3) Bank name and transaction reference number or screenshot of your bank statement. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Cash Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests at 18j are processed within 1–24 hours once verification is complete. For withdrawals to local bank accounts via DuitNow or bank transfer, funds typically arrive within 1–3 hours on business days. Withdrawals made at night or on weekends may be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals require completion of the KYC process beforehand.

The minimum withdrawal at 18j is RM 50 per transaction. The daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on your VIP account tier — regular members may withdraw up to RM 10,000 per day, while VIP Gold members and above enjoy higher limits. Yes, you can add or update your bank account details from the Account Settings section once logged in. However, for security reasons, any changes to bank information require identity re-verification. The registered bank account number must be in the same name as the 18j account holder — we do not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts.
